William Dorothy Stiles

William Dorothy Raburn Stiles, born April 23, 1946 in Cohutta, Georgia to William Envil Raburn and Victoria Sadie Cross Raburn, raised in Turtletown, TN by her parents Arthur and Myrtle Mason.  A 1966 graduate of Carson Newman College with a degree in elementary education.  She retired after 30 years with the Polk County School system. She began her career teaching one year in the Bradley County School where she met her husband, Ricky Stiles. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Ricky Stiles; parents; siblings, Verlin Rayburn, Jessie Rayburn, Willie Rayburn, Bonnie Adams, Doyle Rayburn and Virgil Rayburn; brother-in-law, Donald Ray Stiles of Cleveland; sister in law, Shirley Stiles.

She is survived by her daughter, Richelle Stiles Ledford (Steve); Grandchildren, Brandon Ledford (Hannah), Steven Ledford (Kayla), and Alison Ledford (Randall) all of Cleveland;  great grandchildren, Anthony Ledford, Lwan Chartier, Grayson Ledford, Eleanor Ledford, Liam Ledford, all of Cleveland; sister, Margaret Deal of Chatsworth, GA;  two brothers-in-law, Ronnie Stiles and Stephen Stiles(Kathy); sister-in-law, Wanda Beck Stiles all of Cleveland, JoAnne Raburn of McCaysville, GA and Evelyn Gaddy of Chatsworth, GA;  Many, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 7, 2022 from 2:00 pm- 4:00 p.m. at Serenity of Cleveland Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life will be held following the visitation at 4:00 pm in the chapel of Serenity of Cleveland Funeral Home with Reverend Arris Cavender and Reverend Guy Lindsey.
