Willard Ralph Burchfield

Willard Ralph Burchfield, 91, of Cleveland passed away Saturday, July 3, 2021 at his home. Ralph was a retired drill operator, with Detroit Ford Motor Company He enjoyed traveling in his motorhome, he and Ruth visited every state, except, Hawaii, together. Ralph and Ruth spent every winter in Brownsville, Texas, and Brooksville, Florida. He also enjoyed going to car shows and buying Lincoln Town Cars.

Preceded in death by his parents, Erma Shahan and J.H. Burchfield; son, David Burchfield; siblings, Buddy, Clint, Horace, Marcus, and Lenas Burchfield; Lucille, Taylor, Bonnie Harris, Ethel Scoggins; first wife, Mrytle Burchfield.

Ralph is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years, Ruth Ann Burchfield; step-children, Diane Bramlett Jeff), Judy Cofer, Linda Haney (Ralph), Debbie Bunch (Thomas), and Sharon Brown (James) of Cleveland; grandchildren, Willard David Burchfield, Sherri Brandstatter, Sandy Livingston (Tom), Sindy, Crystal Burchfield, Tiffany Burchfield, Missy Burchfield; six great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren all of Michigan.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Serenity of Cleveland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 2021 in the Chapel of Serenity of Cleveland Funeral Home with Rev. Lee Ingram officiating.
