Lucille Elizabeth Richardson Mills

Lucille Mills, 93, of Cleveland passed away, Wednesday, January 22, 2020 in a local healthcare facility.  Born in Kentucky she has been a resident of Bradley County for over thirty years.  She was a member of Westmore Church of God.  Lucille was a prayer warrior, devoted pastor’s wife, excellent cook and loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Nellie Prather Richardson; husband, the Reverend Garland Mills; daughter, Sandra Elaine Bolte; and several siblings.

Survivors include her sons, David (Sandra) Mills of Mobile, AL, Stephen (Rebecca) Mills of Lexington, TN and Rodney (Kristie) Mills of The Woodlands, TX; nine grandchildren, Darla Brock, Mishelle Phillips, D.E. “Gene” Mills, Jr., Adrienne Mills, Cassandra Utz, Bradley Mills, Elizabeth Mills, Alana Richardson and Brianna Mills; twelve great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; brother, David Richardson of Hodgenville, KY; and several nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

The service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2020 in the chapel of Serenity of Cleveland Funeral Home with Pastor Kelvin Page officiating.  Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.                        

Her family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
