Bart Langevin, 52, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away unexpectedly, while traveling in Chattanooga. He was a 1986 graduate from Kokomo Highschool and worked at GM Delphi in Kokomo. Bart loved dirt track racing on the Kokomo speedway and was a huge fan of Jeff Gordon. He was an avid sports fan, pulling for the Cincinnati Reds, and the Dallas Cowboys. He was also a fan of the Chicago Blackhawks.
Bart collected sports memorabilia, and enjoyed fishing but most of all reading one of his favorite authors James Patterson.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Martha Ronan, Rollie and Ada Langevin; aunt, Marty Ronan; step-father, Bill Copeland; cousin Brian Langevin; special friend, Jeff Eldridge.
He is survived by his father, Ron and Patty Langevin of Westfield; mother Judy Ronan Copeland of Richmond; son, Ryke and Sarah Langevin of Kokomo, Indiana; brother, Bret (Deanna) Langevin,; sisters; Sherry Raley and Gary Beeler of Tennessee, Tina Langevin of Westfield, Tammy and Martin Norman of Kokomo; grandchild, Lillyanne Langevin of Kokomo; cousin and life long friend, Sean Ronan; family friends, Dennis Hendricks, Brett Haynes; cousins; several nieces and nephews and many, many more friends.
A celebration of Bart’s life will be announced at a later date.
