Alice Yaniscavitch

Alice Yaniscavitch, 86, of Bradenton, FL and a former resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at a hospital in Florida.  She was a longtime member of St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church.  Alice enjoyed cooking, decorating and civic activities.  She also enjoyed spending time with her great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Emily Burbernak Pish; her husband of 58 years, Casimir Yaniscavitch; son, Bryan Yaniscavitch; and brothers, Peter, Frank and Thomas Pish.

Survivors include her siblings, John (Mary) Pish of Merced, CA and Sophie (Robert) More of Asheville, NC; daughters, Terri (Mickey) McGuire of Bradenton, FL and Lori Yaniscavitch of Indian Rocks, FL; daughter-in-law, Clinta Yaniscavitch of Elizabethtown, PA; grandchildren, Nolan (Raven) McGuire, Tiffany (Justin) Dalton Bryan (Grace) McGuire) and Logan Duren; great grandchildren, Chaz McGuire, Ophelia McGuire, Willow Dalton and William Felix “Boo” McGuire; and several nieces and nephews.

A private family graveside will be conducted on Friday, June 5, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Father Mike Nolan officiating.
