Obituary: Porshia Dawn Grimes Wilson, age 23, of Etowah, passed away Tuesday morning, February 18, 2014, at her residence. A native of Mountain Home, AR, she lived in McMinn County for the past 14 years. She enjoyed horseback riding and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Wade Grimes, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Abigail Grace Wilson Horton of Tampa, FL; parents, Shawna and Brian Horton of Etowah; brother Joshua Dale Horton of Etowah; maternal grandparents, Karl and Sur Koch of Mountain Home, AR; paternal grandparents, Joyce and Jackie Horton of Etowah, and a special aunt , Sharlene Blount of Mountain Home , AR. Several other extended family members and close friends also survive.

Service: The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
