Obituary: JENNIFER EVONE ROSE THOMAS, age 62, of Loudon, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at Morristown Hamblen Medical Center. The daughter of the late J.B and Mary Suttles Rose, she was born in Knoxville and lived in Monroe County since 1982. She was a member of the House of Worshio Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon and was a wonderful mother that Loved th LORD. She enjoyed spending time with her family and had a heart to serve others.
She is preceded in death by her sister , Carol Cooper; brother, Charles Rose; and mother-in-law Hazel Hunley.
She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Donovan Thomas; children, Angela (Rusty) Haggard of Knoxville, Katina (Eric) Baker of Loudon, and Russell (Ashley) Thomas of Coalfield; grandchildren, Faith Hardigree, Jessica Haggard, Evonly Harris, Justin Haggard, Jennifer Haggard, Eric Baker, Jr. , Ashton Jones, Kylie Baker, and Adaline Emma Thomas; sister Tammy (Tim) McGee of Knoxville , and father-in-law, Don ( Becky) Hunley of Corrington. A special friend, Billy Loveday, and several nieces , nephews, and other extended family members also survive.
Service: The family will hold a private service at a later date.
