Obituary: Donnie Nunley , age 63, of Etowah, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013, at his residence. A native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, Donnie was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Texie Dawson Nunley; sister, Mildred Nunley Anderson; brothers, Roy, Leck, Clifford and Jim Nunley.
He is survived by sisters, Virginia Morgan of Niota, Hazel Clark of Niota, Margaret Walden of Niota, and Geraldine Blaise of Riceville; brother, Glen Nunley, special friends Lanny Underwood and Rev Jim Miller. Several nieces, nephews and other extended family members also survive.
Service: A Graveside service will be held at 11A.M. Friday, September 6, 2013 at Pond Hill Cemetery with Reverend Keith Wilcox officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
