Obituary: Ron Wells, age 65, of Reliance, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at his residence. Born in North Carolina, he had lived the majority of his life in Illinois before moving to Reliance three years ago. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of the Madisonville Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmett and Inez Burchett Wells; and a sister, Dreama Hall.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Sheila Kroll Wells of Reliance; daughters, Sonja Wells of Tarpon Springs, FL and Holly Wells of Reliance; granddaughter, Kiana Miller of Tarpon Springs, FL; brother, Terry Wells of Mt Airy, North Carolina; and his loving dog Doujxa.
Service: A private family service will be held at a later date.
