Herman B Fox, Jr

Herman “Brother” Fox, Jr., age 57, of Englewood, passed away at his residence Saturday, August 6, 2016.  He is a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County and was of the Baptist faith.  He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hiking, camping and spending time with his family and friends.

“Brother” was preceded in death by his father, Herman B. Fox, Sr.

He is survived by his mother, Bettie & Floyd Eaves of Delano, TN; three children, Jessica Fox & Josh Wirth of Englewood, Zach Fox of California, and Nicholas Harrington of Seattle, WA; three grandchildren, Kayden Fox, Riley Fox, and Silas Harrington; five sisters, Cynthia Bain of Etowah, Jennifer & Rick Heath of Castle Rock, CO, Elizabeth & Ted Rainwater of Delano, Cheryle & Ray Cooper of Etowah, and Karen Fox of Delano.  Also surviving, a foster sister Rita & Danny Winters of Cleveland; with numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members  who also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Serenity Funeral Home of Etowah with Claude Bradford officiating.

Interment will follow in the Old Ocoee Baptist Church Cemetery. 

Visitation for friends and family will be Monday, August 8, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. in the Chapel of the Funeral Home
