Gary William Kadau

 Gary William Kadau, age 68, of Sweetwater, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016, at Sweetwater Hospital. Born on November 3, 1947 in Michigan to the late August Carl and Edna Grace Wilson Kadau, he spent a majority of his life in Monroe County.   He was a member of Fairview Baptist Tabernacle and was employed at Charisma Chair for several years. Woodworking was his passion and he enjoyed listening to gospel music and spending time with his family.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Charles, George, and Augie Kadau.

He is survived by his  loving wife of 43years, Gail Kadau of Sweetwater; children and spouses, Kevin and Kim Kadau of Deerborn, Michigan, Corey and Tammy Kadau of Madisonville, Heather and Tim Overdorff of Sweetwater, and Nick and Whitney Kadau of Riceville; and a sister, Joan kahl of Ypsilanti , Michigan. Thirteen grandchildren, two great- grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family also survive.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
