Margie Aaron Partin

Margie Partin, age 66, of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2017, at her home. Born on June 13, 1951 in Kentucky to the late Alonzo and Edith Partin, she spent a majority of her life in McMinn County and loved spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sixteen sisters and brothers.

Survivors include her children, Marsha Emerson of Cleveland, Jody Emerson of Athens, Stacey Waller of Athens, Lacoslia Waller of Spring City and Tanya Foines of Athens; sisters, Monell Lindsey of Athens, Marsha Foster of Cleveland and Clara Mae Robinson of Harriman; and brothers, Bill Partin of Cleveland and Kenneth Partin of Florida.  Additionally, there are nineteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

There will be no formal visitation and a private family service at a later date.
