Ema Rodriguez Nisbett

Ema Rodriguez Nisbett, age 71, of Athens, passed away on Friday, March 2, 2018 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.                    Born in Texas on April 23, 1946, she had lived in McMinn County for the past 30 years and was previously employed at Mills Products. She loved the outdoors, going to the mountains and spending time with her family.

Ema is preceded in death by her son, Juan Fernandez.

She is survived by her children, Angelique White of Houston, Texas, Jamie Morgan of Athens, David Fernandez of Athens; grandchildren, Jordan Fernandez of Etowah, Harley Fernandez of Etowah,  Jacqueline White of Harriman, Logan Fowler of Athens, Colt Fernandez of Etowah, Brian Morgan of Athens, James White of Harriman, John Morgan of Athens, Christian Morgan of Athens; great-grandchildren, Trinity, Maggie, Gabriel, Maverick, and Riley.  Several extended family and friends also survive.

A  Celebration of Life and Home going for Ema Nisbett will be conducted at 2p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. 
The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
