Lawrence Caldwell Galligan

Lawrence “Boo Boo” Galligan, age 51 of Etowah, left this earthly body for his new body on September 5, 2018 in Knoxville.  A lifelong resident of Bradley County until he moved to McMinn County about 8 years ago.  “Boo Boo” was of the Baptist faith.  He had a great sense of humor and loved spending time at the Farmhouse Restaurant with his family and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Irene McDowell; paternal grandfather Vernie White; and special friends, Bobbi Joe Pellizarri, Kathy Parker and Troy Harrison.

“Boo Boo” is survived by his parents, Bill and Diane White of Etowah, who were blessed to have him come into their lives when he was 13 years old.  “We were honored to become his family at that time”; a special aunt/sister Linda McInturff of Etowah;  sisters, Leslie and Burt Jenkins,  Kim and Robbie Ward all of Etowah, Lori and Danny Beshears of Cleveland; aunts and uncles, several nieces and nephews and all his Farmhouse Restaurant family also survive.

A Gathering of Friends Celebration of Life hwill be held on Sunday, September 8, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Serenity of Etowah Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
