Kathy Diane Bullard

  Kathy Diane Bullard, age 60, of Decatur, passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018, at Starr Regional Medical Center in Athens. Born in Rome, Georgia on September 20, 1958, she had spent the past few years in Tennessee while employed at Mastercraft.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Carney.
Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Rose-Williams of Augusta, Georgia; grandchildren, Disney Rose, Alexandra Madden, and Jessica Rose ; great-grandchildren, Michael Survay III, Carter Madden, Grayson Halcame, Connor Gilcrease, Weston Halcame, Scarlett Rose, and Haidyn Rose; mother, Kaye(Gilbert) Jones of Tennessee; sister, Tina(Scott)Johnson of Tennessee; brothers, Donald(Brenda) Carney of Tennessee and Jackie Carney of Florida; and several other extended family and friends.
A Gathering of Friends to Celebrate Kathy’s Life will be held from 6-7p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Serenity Funeral Home.
