Willeta Beasley

Willeta I. Beasley, age 79, resident of Cleveland, TN and formerly of Granite City, Illinois, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 11, 2008. She passed away in a local hospital with her loving family by her side. She was of the Baptist faith. She loved to travel. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved her family very much. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenwood Clark Beasley, Sr. and one son, Glenwood Clark Beasley, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Susan and Jeff Guentensberger, Cleveland, TN; two very special grandchildren, Andrew Glen and Jakob William Guentensberger, Cleveland, one brother, James Donald Reagan, Glen Carbon, IL and one sister, Mary Katherine Solomon, Maryville, IL. Three nieces and four nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 15, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Cawood officiating. Interment will be held Monday, March 17, 2008 in Sunset Hill Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL.

The family will receive friends Saturday, March 15, 2008, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at the Grissom Funeral Home who has charge of funeral arrangements. Irwin Chapel in Granite City, Illinois will be in charge of the funeral and interment in Illinois.
