Theresa Brown

Theresa Bertha Brown, age 93, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away January 21, 2010 in a Etowah health care facility. She attended St. Therese Catholic Church. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Andrew Swonke and Wilhelmina Maywald Swonke.

She is survived by three sons, Melton Brown, Cleveland, TN, Lyndon Brown, Dalton, GA and David Brown, Livingston, TN; three daughters, Elaine Renberg, Houston, TX, Katherine McIlvain, Cleveland and Rita Prater, Delano, TN. Ten grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 25, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Malone officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Monday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
