Terry L. Combs

Terry Laverne Combs, 57, a life-long resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, August, 28, 2010 in a local hospital. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leon Combs; wife, Susie Price; one son, Michael Combs, and one daughter, Michelle Combs.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Eva Dixon and Julian Dixon, of Cleveland; one son, Kevin Combs, of Cleveland; and one brother, Anthony Dixon, of Cleveland; two sisters, Lee Owens of Chatsworth, GA, and Sarah Sharp of Dalton, GA.

A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday, at 11 a.m. at Michigan Avenue Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. J. C. Eller officiating. Dale Dodson, Alvin Goodwin, Steve Goodwin, Stanley Goodwin, Tommy Martin, and Steve Martin will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home.
