Betty Jo Crisp

Betty Jo Crisp, age 67, known to many as Mama Jo , resident of Charleston, TN, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2009, at her residence. She was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Zebedee Crisp, and two brothers, Tommy Richardson and Jimmy Richardson.

She is survived by two sons and daughters in law, Michael and Tracie Crisp, Charleston, Mitchell and Ore Crisp, Cleveland, TN, 3 daughters and sons in law, Mickie and John Beshk, Gilbert, AZ, Melinda Vaughn and companion, Keith Henley, Charleston, TN, Melissa and Robbie Allen, Benton, TN; 2 brothers and sisters in law, Harry and Deanie Richardson, Cleveland, TN, Steve and Katie Richardson, McDonald, TN, two sisters and brothers in law, Rose and Olie Olesen, Dana Point, California, Anne Dolan, Cleveland, TN; 9 grandchildren, Drew and Ashley Stinnett, Gilbert, AZ, Casey and Logan Vaughn, Charleston, TN, Dillon and Austin Crisp, Cleveland, TN, Dawson Allen, Benton, TN, Stephen and Rachel Watson, Charleston, TN; one great grandson, Cayden Wilson, Gilbert, AZ. Numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Shiloh Cemetery with Scott Johnson, Keith Henley, Curt Crisp, Jason Ledwell, Ronnie Lambert and Chris Adams serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Monday, March 09, 2009, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
