Ruth N. Dalton

Ruth Naomi Dalton, age 90, resident of Cleveland and formerly of Flint, Michigan, passed away Wednesday morning, April 16, 2008, in a local healthcare center. She was a member of the North Cleveland Church of God. She was a faithful member of the Ladies Prayer and Praise group at the church. She was a devoted pastors wife for 48 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. James Frank Dalton.

She is survived by four daughters, Janet (Roy) Booth, Cleveland, TN, Carol (Gary) Abear, Cleveland, TN, Linda (Wendell) Cordell, Cleveland, TN, Cheryl (Gary) Apsey, Sunfield, Michigan; 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. One sister, Patricia Morgan, Athens, Michigan.

A celebration of the life of Ruth Dalton will be held Thursday, April 17, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Pastor Mitch Maloney officiating. Interment will be held Monday, April 21, 2008, at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Flint, Michigan.
