Thomas Wayne Davis

Thomas Wayne Davis, 59, of Cleveland passed away December 2, 2009, at a Chattanooga hospital.

He was born August 2, 1950 in Johnson City, Tennessee and married Deborah Adams Davis in 1973. They were blessed with two daughters and four grandchildren who were the joy of his life. He served in the Navy before graduating from UT in Knoxville in 1976. He served as IT Director at Bradley Cleveland Developmental Services and was loved by the staff and clients there. He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Fred Davis and Jewel McNealy Davis of Johnson City, TN.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah Davis and his daughters and son-in-laws, Karly and Nathan Hartgraves and Heather and Ryan Richardson; grandchildren, Kyla and Connor Richardson and Zoe and Davis Hartgraves of Cleveland;brothers Terry Davis of North Carolina, Tim and Tony Davis of Johnson City; brother-in-law, Karl Adams of Atlanta and sister-in-law, Noelle Williams of Cleveland and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5-7pm Friday, December 4 at Westmore Church of God. The funeral will be held following visitation at 7pm and interment will be Saturday, December 5 at 11am at Mt Olive Cemetery. Pallbearers are Karl Adams, Nathan Hartgraves, Ryan Richardson, Allen Nope, Tim Pope and Daniel Bailey.
