Wayne L. Edmondson

Mr. Wayne Edmondson, age 82 of Cleveland, TN, formerly of New Tazewell, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2007 in Cleveland. He was a former member of the Claiborne County Rescue Squad and a lifelong farmer. He was of the Methodist faith. He was preceded in death by his: Parents: Charlie and Lucy (McBee) Edmondson Brother: Francis Edmondson Nephew: Billy Ray Edmondson

He is survived by his: Wife of 56 years: Billie (Butler) Edmondson of Cleveland, TN Daughter: Judy (Edmondson) Baker and husband Paul of Cleveland, TN Grandson: Matthew Baker of Cleveland, TN Terry and wife Jessica Baker of Cleveland, TN Great-Grandchildren: Joshua and Rachel Baker of Ooltewah, TN Great-Niece: Melissa (Edmondson) Estes of Oklahoma

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 PM Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at Claiborne Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 7 PM with Jake Beeler officiating. Music will be provided by Diane Lay. Family and friends will meet Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Irish Memorial Gardens for a graveside service.

Pallbearers: Bud Butler, Rick Weaver, David Barnard, Jay Davis, Billy England, and Robert Keck.

Honorary Pallbearers: Thid Keck, Milton Painter, Junior Poore, Jack McNew, Dennis Davis, Jimmy Davis, and Bill Baker.
