Emma Jean Eslinger

Emma Jean Eslinger, age 76, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Monday, July 27, 2009, in a local hospital. She was a member of the Union Missionary Baptist Church. She was formerly employed with Maytag and also worked at Hardwick Clothes. She was preceded in death her grandson, Justin Andrew Eslinger, four brothers, John Ogle, Eli Buck Ogle, Bob M. Ogle and Billy Lynn Ogle, parents, Silas Winford Ogle and Bessie Lee Knight Ogle.

She is survived by her loving husband, Andy L. Eslinger; two sons and daughter in law, Jackie Lee Eslinger and Gary Lamar Eslinger and wife Deeann all of Cleveland, TN; one brother, Donald Ogle, Cleveland, TN; numerous nieces and nephews and a very special friend who was like a daughter, Brenda Eslinger.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at 12:30 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Don Scoggins officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
