BARBIE FISHER

Barbara Jean Barbie Fisher, age 52, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2008, at her residence. She was a member of the Hamilton Community Seventh Day Adventist Church in Chattanooga, TN. She was formerly employed with Cleveland State Community College. She was the owner and operator of Barbies Designs. She was a resident of Cleveland since 1992. She was formerly a resident of Petal, Mississippi and Pell City, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her half sister and parents, David Nick and Frances Norrell Nick.

She is survived by her husband, Glenn E. Fisher, Cleveland, TN; one son, SSgt. Lawrence E. Wood, IV, Rossville, GA and his fianc, Tanya Rhodes and one daughter and son in law, Heather Dawn and Shawn Shields, Marietta, GA; one brother, Derryle Nick, Petal, Mississippi.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 26, 2008, at 12:00 Noon at Grissom Funeral Home in Cleveland, TN with Rev. Ron Ferster officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army Shelter.
