Obituary Notice Willis Clayton Fox

Willis Clayton Fox, age 77, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away at his home, surrounded by his family on Thursday, November 20, 2008. Willis was a veteran of the Korean War. He was retired from Magic Chef following 38 years of service in the maintenance dept. He was a member of the Candies Creek Baptist Church. He loved to fish and spend time with his family. He found special pleasure in taking his little buddy, Dylan, to school each day. He spent many enjoyable hours volunteering in the country store at Bradley Healthcare surrounded by his friends there. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Ruby Tippens Fox and Thomas Emmerson Fox and a sister, Margie Perkins.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Geneva Bunch Fox, his sons, Dewayne Bunch and Randy Bunch, daughters, Brenda Bunch Thomas and Janice Bunch Jones, daughters in law, Karen Bunch, Sandra Bunch and son in law, Scott Jones; grandchildren, Zachary Thomas, Randa Bunch, Clay Bunch, Pierson Bunch, Jesse Jones and Dylan Jones; brothers Rev. Paul Fox, Howard Fox, Hoyt Fox and Ronnie Fox; sisters, Linda Stepp and Joyce Shannon. Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 22, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Luther Eslinger officiating. Interment will follow in Short Creek Cemetery in McMinn County, TN with Zachary Thomas, Clay Bunch, Pierson Bunch, Jesse Jones, Dylan Jones, Jamie Fox and Chris Fox serving as pallbearers.

The family request that memorials please be made to the "Fox Country Store" at Bradley Healthcare and Rehab, recently named in tribute to his many hours of service. 2910 Peerless Road Cleveland, TN 37312.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 21, 2008, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Grissom Funeral Home who has charge of arrangements
