Johnny R. Hall

Johnny R. Hall, age 62, resident of McDonald, TN, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2008, in a local hospital. He was of the Church of God faith. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a truck driver for Watkins Motor Lines in Smyrna, Georgia. He was a loving husband, son, and brother. He was preceded in death by:Parents: James and Ollie Hall; brothers, Henry, Marion, Seymour, Millard and Avery.

Surviving is his beloved wife of 42 years, Carolyn Hall, McDonald, TN; two sisters, June and her husband, John Newman of Scottsdale, AZ and Frances Faye and husband, William Kimbrough, Chatsworth, GA; two brothers, Rev. Lester and his wife, Jewel Hall, Billings, Montana and Rick Hall, Cleveland, TN; mother in law, Hettie Chastain, Cleveland, TN; Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 12, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Gilbert and Rev. Lester Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Jody Hall, Aaron Hall, Neal Hall, Bill Kimbrough, Bobby Chastain and Scott Randolph serving as pallbearers.
