Bernard Hooper

Morgan Bernard Hooper, age 64, resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2007, at the family residence. He attended the Washington Avenue Baptist Church. Mr. Hooper was a truck driver for Ruan Trucking Company. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce Hooper and Mabel Morgan Hooper.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years, Jenna M. Hooper of Cleveland, TN; one son and daughter in law, Troy and Connie Hooper, Calhoun, GA; two step sons, Tim Guinn, Hixson, TN and Terry and wife, Joni Guinn, Harrisonburg, VA.; two daughters and son in law, Gwen and Alton Beavers and Renee Hooper, Cleveland, TN. One sister, Lillian Hall, Ringold, GA and one brother, Bruce Hooper, Cleveland, TN. 6 grandchildren, Kelci Beavers, Justin & Cody Hooper, Andy Guinn, Sandy Chandler and Jake Guinn and two great grandchildren, Kylan and Hudson Chandler. Several nieces and nephews also survive. One very special friend, Brian Bishop, Cleveland, TN.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 21, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Beecher White officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with John Russell, Dave Russell, Jerry Knight, John Simpson, Vernon Howard and John Snyder serving as pallbearers.
