Paul Revere Leach, Sr., 92, resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, June, 10.
Paul was born on July 2, 1915 in Jellico, TN to the late E.W. and Lydia Faulkner Leach, Sr. He served in the US Army Air Force during World War II and retired from Norfolk Southern Railway. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Cleveland.
Paul is survived by his wife of 67 years, Helen Leach, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Charlotte J. Leach, Jr.; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Paul R. Leach III and Kathy Melton; great-granddaughter, Adelaine Leach; step-grandchildren Richard Hope, Teresa Hope, and Valerie Christian; numerous step-great grandchildren; sister, Edwina Shearer of Cincinnati, Ohio; brother, Edward Meryl Leach of Texas; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Paul R. Leach, Jr.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 13, at 1pm at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Drew Henry and Rev. LuAnn Crandall officiating. Graveside services will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Don Bowker, Ed Callais, Speck Dunaway, Ken Griffiths, Alex Rassega, and Jack Rassega will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13, from 11am " 1pm at Grissom Funeral Home.
