Jeremy Lucien, age 17, resident of Cleveland, TN, went to be with Jesus Christ, his Savior, on Thursday, March 20, 2008, after a brief illness. He was a student at Bradley Central High School where he was well known and loved by all his classmates and everyone he met. Called Jerry by his mother, and J.J. by his cousins, was born on February 1st, 1991. Jeremy loved life and the people he encountered in it. To know him was to love him. He never allowed Autism nor Aspergers to keep him from touching the lives of people around him. He enjoyed playing video games, especially his PS2. He prided himself on his musical talents. He loved playing the organ and listening to music and composing new songs. Basketball was his all time favorite sport and he loved any opportunity to play. But most of all he loved his family and all his friends from the North Cleveland Church of God and from Bradley High School. He loved his nurses at T.C. Thompsons Hospital. Everyone who knew Jeremy will miss him. He loved to worship and could often be seen in the front of the church clapping his hands and praising God, as well as at the altar. He always made sure that he lifted everyone up in prayer.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Genevieve Lucien and his father, Rudy Lucien; one aunt, Ms. Agnece J. Saint-Loth; his cousins, Mrs. Gilberte Pascal and family; Ms. Michelle Saint-Loth, Airielle R.
