Etta McKnight

Etta Polly McKnight, age 77, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2008, at the family residence. She attended the Washington Ave. Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stewart Jack McKnight, parents, Walter and Mary Castello Wallace.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Yvonne Vonnie McKnight, Cleveland, TN; beloved granddaughter and her husband, Christy and Dale Wilson, Charleston, TN and one very special great grandson, Austin Edward Wilson. One brother and sister in law, Gene and Jeanette Wallace, Chattanooga, TN and one sister and brother in law, Louise and Garnett Campbell, Chattanooga, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Beecher White officiating. Interment will follow in Calhoun Baptist Church Cemetery with Dennis Wallace, Dale Wilson, Daniel Roberts, Anthony Wallace and David Campbell serving as pallbearers.
