Mildred Evelyn Sue Rupert Meyers, age 84, resident of Cleveland, TN, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday morning, September 11, 2010. She was a member of Westmore Church of God.
She was a loving, faithful wife of 68 years, devoted to her husband, William Clay Meyers and their ministry together. She served as a pastors wife in Michigan, Tennessee, Maryland, Ohio, Illinois, California, and North Carolina. She was an example of a true Christian.
She had great wisdom that was obvious to all who knew her. She never spoke ill words toward anyone.

She is survived by her husband, Rev. William Clay Meyers of Cleveland; brother in law, Lewis Meyers (Betty) of Louisville, TN; children and spouses, Elizabeth D. Stewart (Sterling), Doris Barker (Jim) and Barry Meyers (Carla), all of Cleveland; grandchildren, Renee Mize (Jimmy), Sheri Harper, (Paul), Vicki Kendrick (Shane), Dean Peterson, Pamela Clark (Doug), Jimmy Barker (Amy), Kristen McAmis (Shaun), Dustin Meyers; eight great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
