Perry Henry Millard

Perry Henry Millard, age 91, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2009, in a local health care center. He was of the Episcopal faith. He was a veteran of WWII and served in the United States Navy. He was a truck driver and was formerly employed with Crouch Brothers. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Fay Millard; parents, John Millard and Elizabeth Lovell Millard; one daughter, Anne Petreust and one grandson, Scott Stevenson.

Survivors include one son, John Millard and one daughter and son in law, Jennifer and Paul Gentry both of Cleveland, TN; 7 grandchildren including 3 special grandchildren, Jackie Bivens, Roxanne Kielpekowski and Denise Peak; 14 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren also survive.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, December 12, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home.

The family requests memorials to St. Jude Childrens Research.
