Anne E. Petreust

Anne E. Petreust, 63, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2007.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Petreust of Chicago; parents, Perry and Fay Millard of Cleveland, TN; three daughters and spouses, Roxanne and Frank Kielpekowski of Hammond, IN; Kim and Leon Tardie of Vermont and Diane Petreust of Chicago; son, Daryl Fry of Tullahoma, TN; sister and brother in law, Jennifer and Gene Gentry of Cleveland; brother, John Millard of Cleveland; niece and husband, Jackie and Archie Bivens of Cleveland; and seven grandchildren, Annie, Daniel and Joshua Kielpekowski, Rhiannon Tardie, and Michael, Vito, and Vinnie Creighton.

Funeral services are expected to be held Monday at Elmwood Funeral Home in Chicago.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
