Gary D. Queen

Gary D. Queen, age 55, lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN, went home to be with his Lord Friday, March 21, 2008. He passed away in a local hospital. He was a member of Faith Memorial Church where he was a charter member of the Sunbeam Sunday School Class. He was a part of Cleveland/Bradley Services for over 30 years. He was loved by all who knew him and he will be deeply missed by family and friends. He was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Dean Queen.

He is survived by his loving parents, Hoyt and Ernestine Queen and one sister and brother in law, Vicki and Dennis Grizzle all of Cleveland, TN; one nephew, Matthew Grizzle; a host of friends from Faith Memorial Church and Bradley/Cleveland Services.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at Faith Memorial Church with Pastor David Riggs officiating. Interment will follow in Ft. Hill Cemetery with Earl Moats, Leonard Culpepper, Roy Odom, Dennis Grizzle, Tim Dill and Doug Odom serving as pallbearers.

The family requests memorials be made to Faith Memorial Church.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12 Noon to 2:00 p.m. at the church.
