Gloria Ann Rogers

Gloria Ann Rogers, age 72, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at her residence. She was of the Baptist faith. She loved the Lord with all her heart. She was a retired paralegal formerly employed in Chattanooga. She was devoted to the raising of her daughters. She was an avid gardener and loved to correspond with her gardening friends by email all over the world. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her beloved daughters, Leresa Moore and husband James of Chattanooga, Teresa Doss and husband P.D. of Cleveland and Bridgitte Davis of Cleveland, TN; one brother, Steve Ramage and wife Pat of Nashville, TN and one sister, Linda Haley and husband Steve of McDonald, TN; three grandchildren, Jimmy, Timmy and Matthew Moore and one great grandson, Jacob Anderson; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services will be held Friday, April 24, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital or the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Also, in memory of Gloria Rogers, please set out a tomato plant in your garden.
