Inez Rominger

Inez Rominger, age 84, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Thursday, January 07, 2010, in a local healthcare facility. She was a member of the Red Hill United Methodist Church for decades where she was very active in the United Methodist Womens Group and served as the treasurer. She enjoyed baking and was an avid flower gardener. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ruth Henson Moore; three brothers, Charles, John and Edgar Moore and one sister, Edna Dafferon.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Clyde J. Rominger, Cleveland; loving daughter and son in law, Sandra D. Laycock and William A. Laycock, Jr. of White, Georgia; three precious grandchildren and their spouses, Rev. W. David Laycock and Julie Anne; Emily S. Laycock Cowan and Christopher and Michael J. Laycock. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Celebration of the Life and Home Going of Inez Rominger will be held Saturday, January 9, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. W. David Laycock officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Ray Conner, Billy Rominger, Robert Rominger, Dwayne Rominger, Bill Atkins and Richard Boyd serving as pallbearers.

The family request in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Red Hill United Methodist Church.
