Martha "Judy" Jewretta Russell

Martha Jewretta Judy Russell, age 81, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2009, in a local healthcare facility. She was a member of Michigan Avenue Baptist Church. She was employed as a Certified Nurses Assistant at Bradley County Nursing Home for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Fletcher and Mary Jane Kirkland and her husband, Eugene Russell.

She is survived by her close friends, Shirley Stevenson, Cathey D. Swafford, Mitchell S. Stevenson, Millie Coleman, Karen Jones, Pam Simmonds and Andrew Eckford.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 27, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Cameron officiating. Interment will be held Monday, Dec. 28, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Cemetery in Madisonville, TN.
