Sylvia Katherine Sears

Sylvia K. Sears, age 85, of Somerset, Kentucky, died Saturday, January 20, 2007, in a Chattanooga hospital. She was the wife of the late Rev. Ralph R. Sears. She was of the Church of God faith. She was retired from Formica in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Survivors include one son and daughter in law, Rev. Stanely and Charlotte Sears, Somerset, Kentucky, daughter and son in law, Sylvetta and Rev. Rodney Cundiff, Houston, Texas, son and daughter in law, Rev. Gary and Charletta Sears of Cleveland, TN. Seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 22, 2007, at 8:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive Church of God with Dr. Sim Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the church. Funeral services and interment will be held in Somerset Kentucky on Wednesday.
