Chadwick Dale Smith, age 23, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Sunday evening, August 3, 2008, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was of the Baptist faith. He loved to fish and he was an excellent mechanic. He was a lover of Bluegrass music. Collin Smith, Chads brother, also died in the automobile accident.

He is survived by his father and step mother, Donald R. and Stacey Smith, Huntsville, TN, mother and step father, Julie Norton and Mickey Kimsey of Cleveland, TN; his wife, Scarlett Smith and one son, Aaron Dale Smith of Clarkesville, GA; one brother, Donald Ray Smith, Jr. D.J. of Cleveland, TN; one sister, Adrianna Smith, Huntsville, TN.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 7, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James West and Rev. Desmond Wellington officiating.

Interment will be held Friday, August 8, 2008, at 12 Noon at Ft. Hill Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
