Margaret H. Taylor

Margaret H. Taylor, age 87, resident of Cleveland, TN, went home to be with the Lord Friday evening, March 14, 2008. She passed away in a Rhea County Healthcare facility. She was of the Baptist faith. She was employed with American Uniform as an inspector. She also worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant at Life Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Taylor, parents, John and Rebecca Crabtree, one son, Joe Taylor and one grandson, Greg Sampson, two sisters, Jewell Overstreet and Reba Kimble.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Terry Dungan, Birchwood, TN and Brenda and Don Knotts, Cleveland, TN; one brother, Billy Crabtree, Ten Mile, TN and two sisters, Johnie Hixson, Ten Mile, TN and Cornelia Cade, Roane County, TN. Six grandchildren, Robbie and Nicki Sampson, Paula and Curtis Shell, Tammy and Chris Smith, Dean and Annette Dungan and Jennifer and Brandon Raper, and eight great grandchildren, Joey Payne, Christine and Jessica Smith, Riley Snyder, Gabe Raper, Alyssa Dungan and Venna Nicole Sampson and Ross Sampson. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 17, 2008, at 8:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Jones officiating. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. at Edgemon Cemetery in Ten Mile, TN. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
