Pauline Taylor, age 77, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2008, in a local health care facility. She attended the Ladd Springs Church of God. She was the daughter of the late Albert Bowman and Laura Palmer Bowman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lester E. Taylor, one son, Paul Edward Taylor, brothers, Arthur Bowman, Arey Bowman and Paul Bowman. Sisters, Nora Kirby, Ada Sullivan, Ethel Shankle, Paralee Hughes and Marie Hixson-Davis.

Survivors include her children, Ronald Taylor and wife, Jimmie, of Buford, GA, Melvin Taylor, Kathy Lanier and husband, Ronny, Mary Ledford and husband, Rickey, all of Cleveland, TN. Grandson, Eric Lanier and wife, Bridget, step granddaughters, Tammy Harris and husband, Tim of Buford, GA, Staci Pealock and husband, Todd of Demorest, GA, great grandsons, Trey and Wade Lanier of Cleveland, step great granddaughter, Ansley Pealock and step great grandson, Andrew Pealock of Demorest, GA. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 15, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Higgins and Chaplain Ronnie Ledford officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
