Robert "Bobby" Tucker

Robert E. Tucker Bobby , age 81, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, March 18, 2009. After serving his country in the U. S. Navy during WWII and retiring after 20 years of service, he spent 20 years with the U. S. Postal Service.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Barbara J. Tucker, children, Sonya J. Wilhoit, Bobbi Jean Smalling and husband Mark, Rob Tucker and wife Jennifer, grandchildren, Justin R. Messier, Jodie Delk and husband John, Richie Tankersly and wife Jan, Tucker Ellis and husband Jerry, and Jessica Tucker, great grandchildren Austin and Peytin Delk, Heath Tankersly and Myah Ellis. He will be sadly missed by family, friends and all animals.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 21, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. William Ellis officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with full military honors. Wayne Turner, Richie Tankersley, Mark Smalling, Justin Messier, John Delk and Jerry Ellis will serve as pallbearers.
