Elizabeth T. Williams

Elizabeth T. Williams, age 91, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Friday morning, January 26, 2007, at the family residence. She was a member of the Charleston First Baptist Church. She was a member of the Charleston Womens Club. She was a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold C. Williams, died February 1998. She was also preceded in death by 5 sisters, Louise Louque, Evelyn Smith, Frances Kemp, Hilda Hodge and Wilda Haley and 2 brothers, Joe Taylor and Fred Taylor.

She is survived by four daughters and sons in law, June and Jim Wash, Lexington, KY, Freddie and Anne Bettis, Cleveland, TN, Nita and Dan Wilson, Riceville, TN and Rita and Randy Lonas, Cleveland, TN. One son and daughter in law, Harold and Patricia Williams, Charleston, TN. One brother, Thomas Taylor, Gilbert, SC. 13 grandchildren and spouses, Susan Squires, Steven Abisch, Elizabeth and Kenny McLaughlin, Karen and Joey Hazenfield, Rachel Williams, Marcie Williams, Amy and Mark Jones, Lori and Chris Turner, Wade Bettis, Chris and Tim Plemons, Dan Wilson, Traci and Cody Field and Cari and Ryan Beasley. 20 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services will be held Monday, January 29, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Lake Walker officiating.
