Kaylee Woltz

Kaylee Woltz, resident of Cleveland, infant daughter of David and Tonya Woltz, died Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital in Ohio. She was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Teresa Dixson.

Other survivors include her brother, Dakota Ward, grandfather, Tony Crisp, step grandfather, Bill Dixson and his girl friend, Glenda Green, great grandfather, Larry Nichols; paternal grandmother, Sherri Loney, step grandfather, Don Loney and grandfather, Martin Woltz. Several cousins also survive.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 21, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery on Old Parksville Road with Rev. Ronnie Kesley officiating.
