Kenneth Tallent, 75, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2011, in a local healthcare facility. He was a former employee with Honeywell and was an avid fan of NASCAR and professional wrestling. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline "Peggy" Tallent of Cleveland, and parents, Fred and Florence Tallent. He is survived by his; four daughters: Brenda Banther and husband Franklin, Barbara Wilson and husband Eugene, Krystal Jenkins, and Martha Falls and husband Alan, all of Cleveland; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren; one brother, Ray Tallent of Benton; three sisters: Imogene Palmer of Chickamauga, GA, Judy Young of Benton and Mary Ellen Hampton of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2011, in the chapel of Grissom Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Franklin Banther, Bobby Morrow, Joe Wilmoth and Jeff Hampton serving as pallbearers.
