Hoil Ferguson

Hoil Ferguson, age 86, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday morning, June 27, 2011. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lon and Ida Bell Carter Ferguson; and one son, Larry Ferguson. Survivors include one son, Randell Ferguson (Carolyn); three daughters, Brenda Hawkins, Patricia Johnson (Allen), and Wanoka Brown (Joe); daughter in law, Linda Ferguson; grandchildren, Adam Ferguson, Mitchell Ferguson, Karen King, Steven Ferguson, Shawn Tinsley, Lisa Hamby, Gwen Compton, Jeremy Cheek, Don Foster, Jr., Shemayah Heron and Besheia Christian; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Leroy Elliott officiating. Entombment will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Adam Ferguson, Mitchell Ferguson, Steven Ferguson, Jeremy Cheek, Don Foster, Jr., and James Wilson serving as pallbearers.
