Norma Jean Johnson

Norma Jean Johnson, 76, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, August 22, 2011 at a local hospital. She was a member of Evening Light Gospel Tabernacle. Mrs. Johnson was the daughter of the late James G. Ingram and Elsie Mae Mullinax Ingram and was also preceded in death by her husband, William H. Johnson; one brother, Ernest Ingram and one grandson, Kyle Christopher Herman. She is survived by her two sons: Bo Johnson and wife Sandra of Florida and Billy Johnson of Illinois; one daughter, Debbie Herman and husband, Dale of Cleveland; six grandchildren: Brandon, Brian, Jonathan, Jordan, Becky and Ale Johnson; two sisters: Delores Beaty and Jackie Cathey Green both of Cleveland; several nieces and nephews also survive. A graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, August 25, 2011 at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Reverend Bill Beaty officiating. Her family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Grissom Funeral Home prior to the graveside service.
