Nadia Jeanette Wilson Kimsey, 81, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2011 in a Jackson, TN hospital. She was an LPN by profession and retired from Bradley Memorial Hospital after 33 years, most of which was served in Labor and Delivery. After her retirement, she continued serving others by volunteering at SkyRidge Medical Center up to just prior to her death. She was a member of the Waterville Baptist Church and a former member of Tasso United Methodist Church. Nadia was a member of the Willing Workers Sunday School Class and the Young At Heart group. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Kimsey, Jr.; parents, Paul and Mary Ingram Wilson; and brother, Willard Wilson. Survivors include three sons, Fred Kimsey III and Tony Kimsey (Deborah) of Cleveland and Mark Kimsey (Rene') of Martin, TN; one daughter, Shirley Jackson (Ernest) of Cleveland; two brothers, Ralph Wilson (Gwendola) of Cleveland and Billy Don Wilson (Jackie) of Loganville, GA; two sisters, Wanda Thompson of Cleveland and Eunice Evans of Knoxville; one sister in law, Nan Wilson of Cleveland; seven grandchildren, Lacey Bailey (Chris), Chelsey Kimsey, Chay Kimsey, all of Cleveland, Mark Kimsey of Dallas, PA, Matthew Kimsey of Nashville, TN, Melissa Kimsey and Michelle Kimsey, both of Martin, TN; two great grandchildren, Gracie Kimsey and Kaycie Kimsey, both of Dallas, PA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Pastor Allan Lovelace and Pastor Joe Brooks officiating. Interment will follow in Tasso Cemetery with Frank Reece, Charlie Howard, Barry Wilson, Roy Huskey, Don Inscore, Lou Sadowski, Ben Buffington, and Don Pierce serving as pallbearers.
