William Mack Kerr

William Mack Kerr, age 83, of Cleveland, passed away early Wednesday morning, February 1, 2012 at his residence. Mack was a veteran of the United States Army and was retired from Bowater Southern Paper. He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Mary Elizabeth Pettit Kerr; brothers, Barney P. Kerr, Raymond E. Kerr, and James R. Kerr; and sister, Mary Elizabeth Kerr Bivens. Survivors include sisters, Charlotte Kerr Bivens and Helen Kerr; brother, Charles Eugene Kerr; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with military honors. The family will receive friends Friday from 12 noon - 1:45 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home.
