Charles M. Price

Charles M. Price, age 89, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012, in a local healthcare facility. He attended First Baptist Church in Cleveland. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a life member of the VFW and the American Legion. He was a member of the D.A.V. He was manager at Miller's Departement Store in the Village Mall. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Julia Lane Price. He is survived by his loving wife, Frances Price, Cleveland, TN; one daughter, Julia (Scott) Madaris, Ringgold, GA; two grandsons, Joshua and Jonah Madaris, Ringgold, GA and one brother Eddie Price, Knoxville, TN. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, September 26, 2012, at 12 Noon at Greenwood Cemetery in Knoxville, TN with military honors. Arrangements by Grissom Funeral Home, Cleveland, TN.
